I love this disc! The production values are all first-class, the tunes are catchy and well-sung. It's skillful, heartful, and fun. And most importantly, my autistic daughter loves them. Well done!!
Great CD! Catchy songs, repetitive lines that make it easy to learn and sing along to, and well made! I got this CD to use with students that I work with who have ASD and not only do all the students love it, but the staff love it as well! Highly recommended!
This is a must have for children with Autism and also for any small child leaning interaction. My grandchildren love this Autism Sing-Along CD they know all the words and we use it as a learning tool whenever we can. The other day my granddaughter was so frustrated so I started singing the song "I Need A Break" she joined me singing and soon we were laughing and her frustration was gone. Buy this CD you will not regret owning it!!!!
As an autism teacher this set of songs worked great for my students. The songs are easy to understand, go at good pace and are very engaging with the students. We used hand motions, and body movement when appropriate and the students sang along. They even began requesting their favorites! A nice album for any classroom that can use extra language and social skills support. Next year I will be also using it with my English language learners, in addition to my special education students.
The multi-instrumental and voice arrangements of familiar tunes are simple enough for young listeners but still make it interesting and keep it from becoming tiresome after many playings. The clear voice quality makes the words easy to understand for children. My two and a half year old granddaughter loves the music and books that go with this. They really get and hold her attention. We went through all the books in one sitting the first time while following along with each of the songs. After that, several times a day she asks to play the CD and look at the books either with us or by herself. She also likes to listen and dance to the songs and instrumentals. She is not autistic but does have delayed speech.
